Infinite ii–V–I Generator

Infinite ii–V–I Generator

A probabilistic harmonic engine: ii always moves to V; V either resolves or pivots chromatically; I becomes a new ii or a chromatic iiø. Playback includes block chords, oom-pah, and bossa with phrase-resetting 3–2 clave.
Ready.

Progression

ii → VMajor ii chords move to dominant 7. Minor iiø chords move to altered dominant 7b9.
V → I or chromatic new IA dominant can resolve up a fourth/down a fifth to a true I, or rise by half step into a new chromatic tonic area.
I → new iiThe I chord can darken into minor 7 and become the new ii, continuing the chain.
I → iiø + half stepThe I chord can rise a half step and become a half-diminished ii, opening a minor iiø–V–i path.
Bossa ruleWhenever the progression reaches a new ii or iiø, the 3–2 clave-like chord pattern restarts.
